Most of the castles now have restaurants, including the new Michelin star, the Belles Perdrix at Château Troplong Mondot. Some offer cooking classes such as Chateau La Dominique's restaurant: La Terrasse Rouge. Some tourist offices also offer food discovery tours such as La Journée Gourmande à Cadillac which includes a market passage, a cooking class and wine tastings.
