River cruises on the estuary nearby Blaye et Bourg

Thanks to the cruise companies operating on the Garonne River it is possible to discover Bordeaux’s surrounding territory via its river artery departing from the estuary cities.

The Gironde estuary is the biggest in Europe, over 80km long! Both river banks are famous winery regions: on the left of the river is the Médoc and on the right is the Blaye and Bourg region.
